Laser cutting process in essence: The laser beam used heats the surface of the material to be cut so much that it melts or even evaporates completely. As soon as the laser beam has completely penetrated the material at one point, the actual cutting begins. As a result, the edges melted during the process produce very resistant fabrics that are well protected against fraying, even with long-term and heavy use, as they have been virtually sealed by the laser cutting process. The process is highly precise and allows for very intricate shapes and patterns, which are prepared using digital CAD planning.
